These two have been together for 12 years. Yes, that’s right, 12 years!! Lovebirds since 8th grade + there is absolutely nothing slowing them down!! These two make my heart sing : ) Being around them is like being around friends you have known since childhood–immediately cracking jokes, laughing, + simply, being transparent. They are intelligent, modest, kind-hearted, a JOY to be around : ) Plus, Emily LOVES, I mean LOVES, Hanson (yeah, the band that sang Mmmbop) + SO DO I!!! Their new music is amazing–which no one ever believes!! You’ll have to go check it out yourself, I guess!!–and so we bonded immediately over our love for the group! I think Caleb + Evan were rolling their eyes ; ) 

But in all sincerity, we had so. much. fun. with these two during their engagement session in downtown Madison last week!! They were SO easy to talk to, up for anything, + looked amazing!!! I cannot wait to share their images with you today!! And am even MORE excited for their wedding this coming August!! Evan proposed to Emily by having “Marry Me, Emily?” written on the Marquee of the Majestic Theater in downtown Madison!! They were walking to dinner, she noticed the question as they were approaching the theater, thought it was strange that the person had the same name as her, turned to make a comment to Evan about it, + he was DOWN ON ONE KNEE : ) yessssss!!!!
