This has to be one of the prettiest engagement posts to date because our session location was absolutely STUNNING!! Heather is a flower fanatic (like me!!) + taking engagement photos in a botanical garden was no question!! When you make it the CHICAGO Botanical Garden, you are really in for a treat!! This place was HUGE + someone could literally shoot there for hours + hours + hours!! And to think everything wasn’t even in bloom–my goodness!! It’s definitely worth checking out if you love flowers + are in the Chicago area!! 

Reece + Heather met during their undergrad at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. It actually all began in an organic chemistry lab when Reece (who’s lab station was right across from Heather’s) spilt water all over Heather’s stuff (oops!!)–but it got them talking!! Who knew that a water spill would turn into a wedding!! ; ) 

We are SO excited for Reece + Heather’s big day because not only are these two absolutely adorable–they compliment each other’s personalities SO well + watching them interact is just the sweetest!!–but Heather LOVES weddings + is planning one that is going to be a DREAM for these two + their guests!! We are so excited about all of her ideas!! Listening to her talk about her big day is so fun because she is just SO excited + you can tell that she has put so much thought into every last detail!!
