Okay, I am SO happy to be posting this blog today—a day that has been a LONG time coming!!! I have been dreaming about creating a personalized Bridal Guide for all of our MMP Brides for about a year or so now—a custom magazine for all of our couples that not only allows them to get to know us a little bit more, but provides them with a TON of information as they are planning for their wedding day!!

Since we are one of the first vendors that couples often book, they usually have a lot of questions for us regarding their day!! ESPECIALLY about their timeline. I hate to say that photography dictates the timeline of the day—because the BRIDE + GROOM dictate the timeline of the day—but it seems that the couples we work with place a very high importance on their wedding photography, so they want to know what timeline works best for getting all the photos they want from their day!! They also want to know what types of places are good for photographing, what to wear to their engagement session, + many even ask us our opinion on things like décor, colors, reception traditions, etc.! And we LOVE helping our couples with these things. It is truly our passion to serve our couples wholeheartedly + help them make their day the best possible experience it can be!! For a lot of people, that means helping with their day-of-timeline since we have been to (a few) weddings + know what works + what doesn’t for the day!!

As I was always answering these questions for brides, I kept dreaming of a place where I could compile ALL the information they will be needing as they plan AS WELL AS make this information look pretty!!! We have seen other photographers provide their clients with a Bridal Guide Resource + we really liked the idea—however we definitely wanted to make it our own. Unfortunately, I have NO experience with InDesign + so this feat seemed like something that was far, far off in the distance.

BUT WAIT. In comes Caleb full-time with the business last fall after we got married + my goodness am I crushing on his design skills! Caleb is SO talented at so many things, + if he doesn’t know how to do something, he will research it + learn it until he is confident that he can do it well.

After listening to my vision … dreams … ideas, Caleb began his off-season labor of love: The Bridal Guide for MMP Brides—How to Get the Most out of Your Wedding Day Experience!!! AHHHHHH!! It’s finished, you guys!! After many peer proofreads, design checks, pictures switches, etc., Caleb has finished our 80+ page Bridal Guide that will be gifted to all of our bridal clients when they book!!! We are SO EXCITED to share this information with them + help make their wedding-planning lives easier!!! Plus, I have never seen our images looks so good than in this magazine!! Even though we created it, it makes me feel famous : ) He did THAT good on this thing—it is SO professional!!
