The couple on the blog today is about as sweet as they come. Two people so generous yet so thankful, madly yet tenderly in love, + radiating beauty + gentleness that is hard to come by. We first met them a couple of months ago for dinner in Madison + instantly fell in love with their down-to-earth, kind-hearted personalities–both individually + as a couple. Having the opportunity to photograph their wedding day, + seeing them surrounded by all of their family + friends who, too, were SO FULL of LOVE, was extraordinary. 

Cory + Meghan met through mutual friends in high school–SEVEN years ago–and at the reception, Cory’s best man talked about how Cory immediately told him about this really pretty girl that he had met + he knew the rest was history. Just like that, it happens. This couple has been through SO much together–they already have such a history together!! And to think that they are now just starting this new beginning of the rest of their history … it makes my heart so very happy. 

It was a day filled with warmth + emotion + so many tears. I love these days. Both C + M were SO nervous to see one another before the ceremony–I think it’s because they are most comfortable, most themselves, in each other’s presence. They held hands, stole glances, smiles … Meghan looked just beautiful. At dinner, stories were shared about just how magnificent these two people are + we all watched a video that told the story of their lives together. It was a glorious day : ) 

As sung during their first dance song, “I’ll be your rainy day lover whenever the sunny days end. And whatever the weather, we have each other, and that’s how the story will end.” To their forever ending <3
