Today’s post is a super fun one!!! … I get to share how we decorated the condo for Christmas this year!! It was really fun to have a new space to fill with holiday cheer!! I seriously LOVE when the fireplace is going + the Christmas tree is all lit up at nighttime : ) It is SO cozy + joyful in our little space … I’m really thankful for it!! It’s also really hard to photograph that time of day, however, so you are getting everything during the day : ) hehe!
I’m going to work our way through the condo, starting with the outside … which is just our front door ; ) I love this little enamel pail that I got for $10 at an antique store in Minnesota! The greens were in a pack for $4.99 at Trader Joe’s!
You know I had to sneak her in here somewhere!!! ; )
This is our entryway … the shape of the space makes it REALLY hard to photograph! Sorry! I did my best! : )
I just added this sparkly twig piece from HomeGoods (bottom left) to the top of our mirror with twine for some holiday festive-ness! The canteen is from a local antique store (I think it was $14?) + the cinnamon stick bundle that smells amazing was $6 from HomeGoods!
We started a new tradition this year … cutting down our own Christmas Tree! We did this growing up every year with my family, + I can’t wait to continue it with our own!!
Caleb’s grandma gave us this “Family Christmas Book” for Christmas last year + honestly, I love it!! Every year you fill it out — there is a space for your Christmas card, a recent family photo, + then places to write big events or memories from the past year + who you celebrated Christmas with that year!!
I’m pretty sure everything Christmas-related on this mantle is from Hobby Lobby!
This little “Merry Christmas” sign is also from Hobby Lobby!
These gold twig pieces are from Pottery Barn … I think!?!
All I’m going to say about Christmas Cards is that I LOVE getting them. I seriously watch + wait for the mail lady to come every day so I can see if we got any more Christmas Cards! We try to thank God + pray for every family when we get their card in the mail : ) It’s an easy system + a good reminder!
Easy centerpiece + napkin detail with more of that greens bundle from Trader Joe’s!! I got the whole $4.99’s worth, that’s for sure!! : )
