I’m calling today’s engagement shoot the “miracle” shoot!! Mother Nature did everything in her power to prevent us from shooting Andy + Katie’s engagement session, but we DID it!! We played our cards on the day of their rescheduled shoot + planned the session right between some major storms!! We had to shoot at noon (which any photographer knows is the most challenging time of day to shoot because of direct, overhead sunlight!!) but Katie chose the PERFECT locations for our scenario + I truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out for these two!!

After spending just a short amount of time with Andy + Katie, I quickly learned that they are kind, laid-back, + oh, SO in love. I’m pretty sure that Andy + I couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous Katie looked!! #girlcrush (Yes, I just said that!!). Their outfits were the perfect complement to each unique location we shot at + I’m loving the soft color palette + summertime-vibe of this FALL engagement session! Over drinks, Katie shared more with me about all the plans for their wedding + let me tell you, it is going to be AMAZING!! We cannot wait : )
