The night before their engagement session, Andy + Paige watched the Cubs play from the rooftop of Wrigley field. “The city felt SO alive,” they told us during their session, “Chicago has been experiencing a lot of hardship + violence over the past several months, but the Cubs have really brought everyone together + it’s been beautiful to witness positivity + joy in a place that has recently been feeling extremely divided.” Such a beautiful perspective coming from a woman who, although I haven’t known her for that long, is so obviously filled with deep convictions + an abundance of love.

I am genuinely so excited to share Andy + Paige’s session with you today! They are BOTH such kind individuals — Andy is more calm + relaxed, balanced perfectly by Paige’s more bubbly + outgoing nature. They bounce off each other SO well in their interactions + conversations, they have so many of the same interests, + the only conflicting difference between the two of them is that one is a Green Bay Packers fan + one is a Chicago Bears fan … I won’t say who is who ; )

It all began at a Crossfit gym — the gym that Andy runs, to be exact. They saw each other at the gym often, ended up having a bunch of mutual friends, + started as friends themselves … although, they will now both admit that there was always “something” there between the two of them, it just took time + breaking past nerves on both sides to figure out that the more-than-friends-interest was mutual on both sides!! Now, having the opportunity to witness them interact + love on one another during their session, my GOODNESS were these two made for one another. We even had a moment during the session where happy tears were shed because there was so much love + excitement being shared between the two of them. I am so confident in the future of their relationship + cannot wait to see all of the things these two will do + accomplish together as husband + wife!
