I hope you’re ready for some COLOR!! I love that Ben and Lizzie chose to have so much color for their wedding day because the bright pinks and teals and oranges sprinkled all throughout their day are so vibrant and HAPPY — which is just like the two of them!! They are a couple that just RADIATES joy!!

We truly had an absolutely perfect day for Ben and Lizzie’s wedding celebration. Mid-70’s, a light breeze, blue skies … it really doesn’t get much better than that! The couple got ready at the gorgeous Delafield Hotel in downtown Delafield, just minutes away from their ceremony location at St. John’s Military Academy! The reception took place at The Legend at Brandybrook in Wales and my goodness, I don’t think you could ask for three more beautiful venues!!!!

I mentioned this a bit in Ben and Lizzie’s engagement session post, but these two come from rich legacies of faith and marriage and they will no doubt continue this same legacy with their own new family! Ben and Lizzie love the Lord and that love infiltrates into their own relationship so clearly. The deep love, respect, tenderness, AND playfulness they have with one another is absolutely incredible : )

One of the best parts about the day (for us!) was getting to meet Ben and Lizzie’s parents (who were SUPER good friends prior to their children ever dating!!!!) and share in the day with them. There was just so much pride and joy and excitement!! When I think about what it would be like for our future children to marry our best friend’s children, I get super excited (HA!) so I can only imagine how much happiness these four felt all day long!!!

Enjoy the love that this day brings!! There is so much of it : ) To the NEW Brusko’s and to the Brusko and Berry families — thank you SO much for sharing such a wonderful day with us! We enjoyed every minute with you!!! Now, on to our favorites!!!
