Ethan & Tori | A Hometown Wedding at Trinity Lutheran Church and The Indian Crossing Casino in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

There are so many things I love about the wedding on the blog today! Ethan and Tori have been together for a LONG time (since high school!!) and their day was FILLED to the brim with love from their closest family and friends. This is the thing I loved most about their day — that the focus was about these two families coming together and that there was such a strong sense of community and support around Ethan and Tori all day long! I swear that everyone at the wedding knew everyone … and it was just the greatest feeling : ) I told Caleb at the reception that I just love wedding days like Ethan and Tori’s. The feeling of such strong community and love and like everyone is just one gigantic family!!!

Another super special aspect about their day was that I actually grew up in the same town and went to the same high school as Ethan and Tori, so I knew a lot of people at the wedding too! It’s always SO much fun to be back shooting in my hometown and I think that’s another reason why I’m just so darn partial to Ethan and Tori’s day!!!

We had a beautiful summer day for their wedding (it was maybe a BIT hot but the light breeze helped with that throughout the day!). Ethan and Tori became husband and wife at Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Waupaca with a reception to follow at The Indian Crossing Casino on the beautiful Chain O’ Lakes! I love the atmosphere of the old casino-turned-reception venue/dance and concert hall/NEWly renovated bar and restaurant! It is right on the water and there are boats going by all day and night long!

Ethan and Tori — my gosh do we love you guys : ) You are FINALLY husband and wife!! We had the best time celebrating you and just thank you SO much for entrusting us with the task of documenting your day! We are so grateful for your incredible kindness, your tenderness, the respect you always show one another and those around you, and the way that you two truly have your priorities in life aligned in all the right places : ) It is SO inspiring to us and I hope you know that!!
