We were so excited to finally meet Frank and Jennifer in person as they have been nothing but a JOY to get to know since the moment we first met them. From an initial Skype call that felt like we had known them forever (Jen kind of has a way of doing that to you!) to email after email filled with kind words and EXCITEMENT for the season of life they are in — we just love their energy!!

Arriving to the session, they were nothing but smiles and I cannot NOT comment on how AMAZING Jen looked (Arch Madison does it yet again with incredible hair and makeup styling!). They had their two pups along with them and we were in heaven! It was the perfect summer night — cooler with a slight breeze — and we just had the best time together. LOTS of laughing and again, that comfort that we have really appreciated about these two from day one.

Frank and Jennifer met in law school and are now both practicing lawyers here in Madison (which we hear can make conflict quite interesting around the house ; )) — HA! But in all seriousness, not only are these two KIND and funny, they are also both brilliant, witty, and extremely devoted to what they do. I see these characteristics come through in their relationship as well, both loving the other SO honestly and sincerely. I really value those characteristics in them and feel so thankful that we get to not only witness but also learn from the love of the couples we get to work with!

I am super excited to share their images with you today on the blog : ) LOTS of golden light and such great outfits for a summertime session — fun, bright, colorful, and happy! We absolutely cannot wait to document the day Frank and Jennifer become husband and wife next year in St. Louis! It’s going to be one extraordinary day, there’s no doubt about it : )
