When you schedule an engagement session a month in advance at the end of February, you just hope and pray that the weather is going to be cooperative and there will be no need to reschedule. This was the case for Jeremy and Becky’s engagement session … a session in which we got 50º temperatures at the end of February! It honestly felt like a heat wave and everyone was THRILLED!!

For Jeremy and Becky’s session, we planned to shoot in some of Madison’s most beautiful and iconic spots — the State Capitol, the Madison Public Library (I personally loved this fun new space for an engagement session!) and James Madison Park. Each spot was a perfect addition to the session and paired with Becky’s stunning red coat, it was the most lovely winter shoot!

Jeremy and Becky have been together almost two years (with a first date at one of our absolute favorite restaurants in Madison!) and are getting married this fall at The Madison Club (one of our favorite venues in Madison!). We like their style ; ) On a weekend getaway disguised as a birthday celebration, Jeremy proposed to Becky after a day at the spa in the stunning Kohler, Wisconsin.

After spending any amount of time with these two, it is easy to see why they make such a great pair. They are wonderful compliments to each other, both SO thoughtful and intentional in their time with not only those in their lives but especially with one another. They have a gentle yet playful nature to their relationship that you can’t help but love (currently smiling while thinking about watching them interact) and are incredibly gifted and truly brilliant human beings : ) We feel SO thankful to have these two in our lives and for the many ways they have loved and blessed us already! To say we are excited for their upcoming wedding day would be a major understatement ; )
