One of my favorite parts about our job is when we get to work with families on more than one occasion. The Cullen family is one of those special families. We were so lucky to have the opportunity to photograph both of their daughter’s weddings (who just happen to be best friends!). The connections built with these people are ones that we truly cherish and make us SO grateful for a job that is built on relationship!

Mike and Caitlin were actually introduced by Caitlin’s older sister and her husband. This just seems so fitting for their relationship given how important family is to the two of them. Now, the two sisters and their husbands are all such good friends. They don’t just hang out because they have to but because they WANT to! : ) This day has been long-anticipated by so many people and I think it’s safe to say we all had the BEST time celebrating! These two (and their families) sure know how to throw a party!!!

I shared this with Mike and Caitlin already but one of my favorite memories from their day was during the ceremony, as I had my camera on them during the homily to catch any sweet “moments,” I couldn’t help but smile (and take so many pictures!) as Mike and Caitlin would do this thing where one of them would gently touch or nudge the other one and they would look over at each other with this flirty little look and then both smile and giggle and go back to listening to the homily. They were just SO giddy and in love … it was as if they had JUST started dating. Anyone who knows these two would say they are such a great pair, such an amazing compliment, and still have that just-met-you-kinda-love even after so many years together. A couple of days before the wedding Caitlin said to me, “I just can’t wait to marry him!” and goodness did I see that on their day : )

The weather was perfect, their bridal party was a blast, dinner was delicious and the dancing was one giant party!! It was an amazing wedding day for Mike and Caitlin and I am so excited to share just a few of our favorite moments from it with you today! Enjoy!!!
