I can’t believe I’m writing this, but Brian and Caroline finished our 2019 wedding season. Our eighth season is over, just like that!! It is wild and always an adjustment when the season ends! Caleb looked at me today and said, “We don’t have a wedding this weekend … what are we going to do?!” To which I reminded him that one of my best friend is getting married in two weeks and her bachelorette party is this weekend ; ) Haha!

I am thankful we got to end our season with such a kind and gracious couple. We’ve had a lot of couples this year where the speeches or talk of the day mentioned quite frequently how the bride and groom were total “opposites.” Caleb and I can COMPLETLEY relate to this as we are super different if you look at us from the outside – different personalities, different hobbies, different backgrounds, etc. But as we have all heard, and as we’ve personally experienced, “opposites” can make some of the best relationships because the two partners can really be an amazing compliment to one another!

Brian and Caroline are this to a “T.” Different yes, but such great compliments – they are such a great team! They both talked about this in their vows to one another and their siblings mentioned it in all the speeches (side note: I LOVED that Brian and Caroline’s bridal party was all their family members!! So special). B&C are both so wise, so self aware and open, so humble … these things will allow their partnership to truly flourish, I have no doubt! Caroline is FUN, outgoing, and driven. Brian is calm, friendly, and seriously, just adored by everyone that knows him! They bring out the best in each other and together, they have such a beautiful life ahead of them : )
