I adore this family so much — it sometimes feels impossible to put it into words! I first met mom & dad back in 2018, when Caleb and I did a couples’ mini session for them when they were only dating. They have since chosen and trusted us to come alongside them for life’s wild ride, preserving some of the most sacred and significant moments of their family’s story.

We have documented their engagement, wedding celebration, many family sessions with just the two of them as they waited and longed for their family to grow and finally, in the past two years, a pregnancy, newborn, and first birthday session with their miracle twin girls! I feel emotional as I reflect back on the journey.

When I started this business in 2013, I was fresh out of college, newly in-love my self, and surrounded by friends who were getting married. For many (many!) reasons, photographing weddings was the perfect fit for my own story at the time. Caleb and I have since documented 300+ weddings which, as you can imagine, has allowed us the opportunity to meet SO MANY incredible people.

As cherished clients became parents, and we did too, my heart expanded to what documenting marriage, and family, truly means to me. And gosh, do I feel so grateful for this expansion. So thank you to the ‘B’ family, and countless other beloved families, for your continued love and trust. Helping to meaningfully preserve your stories could not resonate more deeply with me as both a mom and an artist.
