It was a day ALL about celebration. The obvious celebration was for the joining of Caleb + Morgan as husband + wife. Two people who truly believe that the other is their perfect match … soul mate … man/woman of their dreams. This was shared several times in the toasts, but you can also just know they believe this when you spend any amount of time with these two. They are a TEAM through + through — a concept that holds great weight + meaning for two champion athletes + divers. They not only have a profound respect for one another, but also a fun, playful banter that is hilarious + adorable all at the same time : ) We just love being around these two … and so do their friends + family!! They’re magnetic — especially Caleb’s laugh : )

The not-so-obvious celebration that also took place on Saturday was a celebration of Caleb + Morgan as individual people. Caleb  (my husband ; )) + I were just blown away during the evening toasts by all of the truly incredible things that their parents, siblings, + friends had to say about them. Morgan’s dad + sisters spoke of her kindness, her determination, her loyalty, her pure heart … on + on it went. They were SO proud of the woman that she is + so proud to call her “daughter” + “sister”. Caleb’s father + best man spoke about similar things — his character, integrity, drive, great passion, ability to make anyone + everyone feel valued + heard. They were SO proud of the man that he is + so proud to call him “son” + “friend.” I mean, these people spoke powerful, tearful, life-giving words over these two — how highly I already thought about them only went through the ROOF! It was truly beautiful.

And now these two remarkable human beings have joined together as one, committing themselves to each other forever. What a FORCE for good that they will be. That they already are! It’s so exciting to think about : ) Caleb + Morgan — what a celebration you had on Friday! So fitting for two beautiful people : ) We love you guys SO much — thank you for inviting us into your celebration. We still need to get that dinner date on the calendar, but until then, enjoy some of our favorites from your day ; ) xoxo!

Morgan’s parents are celebrating 30 years together as husband + wife this year, so her dad paid a special tribute to her mom during his toast at the beginning of the reception : )

Noah’s Event Venue is a BRAND NEW space here in Madison (like, opened a couple of weeks ago!). The cute little patio out back was the perfect setting to sneak away to for a few sunset photos!!

Morgan’s sisters had QUITE the performance for part of their toast! Rapping, singing, dancing — the entire room was involved + it was SO MUCH FUN!!
