Matt & Marlee | A Cozy Winter Wedding at The Florian Gardens in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

I am SO HAPPY that we finally get to share this day with you — Matt and Marlee’s cozy winter wedding on the BRAND NEW blog! This is the first wedding we are sharing on the new blog and I couldn’t be happier that it is featuring Matt and Marlee. These two are an absolutely incredible pair, as KIND as they are good-looking (I mean, come on!), and as gifted/smart/driven/passionate as they are playful and goofy : ) They absolutely CHERISH one another through and through, and I have no doubt that their marriage will be one to impact many, many, many lives for the better.

Matt and Marlee became husband and wife on December 3^rd and compared to our recently arctic Wisconsin temperatures, looking back on their day seems like a dream weather-wise! We were able to do all photos outside and I even think it’s safe to say that the weather was really quite bearable for everyone involved! Even grandparents came out smiling during our OUTDOOR family photos! Maybe it was just the fact that everyone was SO excited for Matt and Marlee to finally become husband and wife that nothing else even phased them : )

Marlee looked stunning in her form-fitting lace wedding gown (and I also loved her white winter stole that she wore for some of the pictures outdoors!), the bridesmaids were (almost) equally as gorgeous in their berry-colored, floor length gowns and matching light pink shawls, and the groomsmen … they didn’t look so bad either ; ) The floral by Allure Premiere Event Florists was absolutely extraordinary and perfectly tied every last detail of the day together; I cannot recommend the ladies behind this company enough! They were incredible. The holiday décor donning The Florian Gardens made for a perfect backdrop for the reception space and guests enjoyed carols and Christmas tunes all throughout cocktail hour — perfect for such a joyous celebration!
