Brock & Jenny | A Timeless Spring Wedding at St. Clement Catholic Church and The Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

There are so many things that I loved about Brock and Jenny’s day. I love that Jenny got ready at the (incredibly beautiful) home she grew up in. I love that when scoping the house before the girls got back from the salon, I chose my favorite room for Jenny to get into her dress based on light and texture … only to find out the room was nicknamed “Jenny’s reading room” because when she was younger, this is the spot her parents would always find her cuddled up with a book when she had “disappeared.” I love that they got married in the same church as Jenny’s brother and sister — and I LOVED her dress : ) So many things to love! I wasn’t kidding!

The best thing to love, however, is Brock and Jenny themselves. Or should I say, Dr. and Dr. Polnaszek (that’s what happens when you’re both doctors and you get married ; )). Brock and Jenny are EXTREMELY impressive individuals — honors program med students, ironman athletes … you get the idea. But you would never know about this if you just met them because they are two of the most HUMBLE and down-to-earth people you will ever meet. Both of them are this way.

Another thing I love about them is how they really are best friends to the core. They can relate to each other on so many levels and it is so obvious how much fun they have together and how well they get along. There is also a level of deep respect between the two that is undeniable!! Brock couldn’t keep it together when he saw his bride walking down the aisle and all I can say is I’m not surprised : )

These two have been on their honeymoon for the past week and the one thing they told us was that they wanted their time away to be COMPLETELY unplugged. I think this is so beautiful and really admire how they wanted to remove distractions and focus on this special time together in such a crazy season of their lives (they are both in residency in different states right now!). I hope you enjoy some of our favorites from their day and I hope their love and JOY just shine through!! Congratulations one last time to the brand new Mr. and Mrs. Polnaszek!!!!!!
