We had our first Madison Mini Sessions this past weekend and I think it’s safe to say it was a HUGE success! We could not have asked for better/warmer temps this time of the year (it hit 50 degrees on Saturday!!) and our setting at The Jensen Tree Farm in Verona was absolutely stunning! So perfect for what I was envisioning for these mini sessions : ) I am officially obsessed with our little “hometown” tree farm — from the wonderful family that owns it to the endless backdrops for shooting! — and I just cannot wait to share our clients photos with them!

I truly have to give a shoutout to EVERY single kid that we snapped photos of on Saturday … I have to admit that we were a little bit nervous going into the afternoon as we only had 20 minute time slots for the sessions and sometimes (okay, a LOT of times) it takes 20 minutes for kiddos to warm up to us and for their smiley, giggly personalities to come out! We didn’t know what to expect exactly, especially since we were meeting a lot of these families for the first time, and we were just praying that their littles would connect with us right away! We were BLOWN away by how cooperative and FULL of joy every single kiddos was : ) Needless to say, we were so, SO grateful!

I just wanted to share one sneak peek from each family/couple we had the chance to photograph on Sunday — after such a great response, we definitely plan on doing these again next year! I am also toying with the idea of fall minis, too! We will just have to see : ) A HUGE thank you to these eight families for spending a part of your afternoon with us!! We hope you absolutely love these as much as we do — I just can’t get enough! ENJOY!
