If you love old trucks, cowboy boots, + country girls, you are in for a treat with today’s senior session!! Miss Sydney was born + raised country. She grew up on her father’s very successful dairy farm where her family, I’m convinced, could completely sustain themselves for the rest of their lives!! PLUS, the property is absolutely beautiful, stretching for miles + miles, literally as far as the eye can see : ) They have it all!! If you haven’t picked up on it already, I just LOVED this meaningful, special, GORGEOUS location for Sydney’s pictures!!

We spent the entire evening driving down the backroads of the Brooks’ land in Sydney’s pickup truck, listening to country music + sharing life stories. <<<For those of you who know about my current country music obsession that has come out of the closet, I was LOVING this : ) : ) I learned that Sydney was raised on the values of hard work + discipline, + this has given her the strong desire to join the Air Force Academy after high school. (Her dad is also a pilot in addition to being a farmer + businessman, so that might have something to do with it as well : )!!) 

I also saw how proud this young woman was of where she came from. So proud to show me where she grew up, all the land her father owned …. proud to share the history of her family + all their accomplishments. It was really quite a beautiful thing.

I think I forgot to mention that Sydney’s also a model … no, but really. She has done modeling in the past!!! Can you tell?!

The wall behind Sydney in these images is from an old farm house that has been on the property for years!! I’m pretty sure all four daughters had some of their senior pictures taken here; and Sydney is the baby of the bunch!!
