A couple of days ago, I received yet another email in my inbox from an excited, newly engaged bride-to-be: “Hi Maison!! My name is ______ + you were highly referred to us by _______ for our upcoming wedding!!”. She continued with excitement + enthusiasm + as I read her email, it hit me like a ton of bricks. WOW. I know I’ve mentioned before that we have been lucky enough to have never had to spend a penny on marketing + how thankful I am for that, truly. But I mean, wow. I’m SO thankful + downright humbled by that fact that these brides come to us, so excited by the possibility of working with us, all because of a referral. BECAUSE OF our past clients. 

I really can’t find the words to adequately express my thankfulness. We would quite literally NOT be where we are today without you, clients. Our business, our means, our PASSION–it’s because of you. Thank you. THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting us in the beginning to photograph your families, your engagements, + your weddings. Thank you for that opportunity. Because of you we have grown + achieved things we never imagined!! NEVER imagined. Thank you for not only your business but your friendship. For inviting us in to become a small part of your story. Every client we work with inspires in some way, shape, or form. Without a doubt. 

So today, on this Monday in the middle of a very busy wedding season (+ our own wedding in just under three weeks!!), we HAVE to stop + say thank you. To recognize you for who you really, truly are to us. To somehow try + convey our appreciation for your business + for your referral after referral after referral. My prayer is that our work + way of life would not only honor Christ, but honor YOU.
