We met Andrew + Carolyn on Monroe Street here in Madison because it is the neighborhood they currently live in + love : ) We LOVE this area too, + as we met up with them + were shooting, we realized that we do not shoot in this gem of a location enough!! It was super refreshing + fun to explore new spots in this area for Andrew + Carolyn’s engagement photos, which makes me super excited to share them with you today!!

We started outside some local boutiques whose storefronts don amazing color + vibrancy (which in my opinion, matches the personality of A+C perfectly)!! A clothing shop, brand new Colectivo Coffee shop, + the locally famous Michael’s Frozen Custard!! See what I’m saying!? These two live in such a cool area!! All within a block of their apartment (which overlooks Lake Wingra, by the way)!! Andrew is in the thick of med school right now, so in my opinion, a fun + refreshing place to come home to everyday is basically a necessity ; )

From sharing ice cream, to playful laughter + lots of snuggling on the pier, our time with Andrew + Carolyn was absolutely wonderful. I have no doubt that their session will also bring a smile to the face of everyone who sees it … you just can’t help it with these two!! : ) Enjoy our favorites from their session + my goodness, get ready because things are about to really start slowing down around here!!
