I met Mary during my undergrad at UW-Madison + from our very first conversation, her bubbly personality + genuine kindness had me hooked. She is just one of those people you want to be around because she truly lightens up an entire room with her infectious laughter, quirky humor, + heartfelt hugs : ) She is honestly just a GEM of a human being!! And I know a lot (like a LOT) of people who would agree with me! She is a lovable lady : ) 

Now, I know this post isn’t just about Mary (however, there is something about Mary … okay, I had to!), because during her undergrad at UW, Mary also met a very special guy named Ethan. These two initially met their freshman year at Madison, however it wasn’t until junior year that they actually started dating. They both agree that the timing to start their relationship would have never worked that first year of college, so as fate often does, everything happened right when it was supposed to : ) They have now been together for several years, live in Indianapolis where Mary is pursuing her Masters in School Counseling + Ethan his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, just welcomed a new member to their family — little (ADORABLE) pup Muffin, + are GETTING MARRIED next spring!!! Through it all, they laugh together + hold on tight to the joyful, kind-hearted love they share.

Since these two met in Madison, WI, it only makes sense for them to get married in the city where it all began : ) And to do their engagement session here, too! Thank goodness for milder Wisconsin temperatures + a SNOWFALL that started right during the middle of the session!! The BEST!! I’m really excited to share these pics with you because they are just so, SO JOYFUL <3 And I don’t know how anyone could look at them without feeling happy themselves! Hehe!
