I think it’s safe to play the “fate” card when you end up on the same floor of your freshman dorm … and then again in your sophomore apartment building during your college undergrad years, + no planning on your own part was involved in said circumstances. I think it’s safe to say you’re meant to be together, to be close, + to be in relationship — especially when there’s good chemistry involved (+ no, I’m not talking about the class ; ))!! 

Noah + Lauren met + fell in love during their time at The University of Wisconsin-Madison, so even though they now live in Philadelphia while Noah pursues his medical degree, coming back to the city to have their engagement session at a place (or several places) that are SO incredibly near + dear to their hearts only makes sense!! Since the UW is the same place where Caleb + I fell in love, we always have a special little place in our hearts for couples who share the same beginning (of sorts) with us!! It’s a magical place, I’ll tell you what! ; )

Because of schedules + timing (aka, Noah have a huge Board Exam coming up a couple of days after this session!!), we had to do a sunrise session with these two + the morning of their shoot was a really peaceful + foggy morning!! Like I told them at their session, I always think fog makes things a little extra romantic : ) Because of the early shooting time, we also lucked out because what is normally a VERY busy + bustling area (we hit up some of the most popular spots on campus + downtown!), we instead found ourselves with quiet … and calm … and NO distractions!! It was almost like these two had the whole city to themselves, + we absolutely loved that!!
