We are in the final days of our busy season — wrapping up the last of the fall engagement sessions before winter hits Wisconsin in full force! I’m so thankful that despite the crazy amounts of rain we’ve been getting lately, the weather cooperated for our session with Zach and Brittiany and the overcast glow helped us product the most amazing results for these two!
In addition to great light, I kept telling Zach and Brittiany that they were making my job SO easy. I would simply say, “Okay, now look at each other” and instantly each would have the biggest smile on their face and then touch their noses together and get in close : ) They were natural, so “in” to each other, and an absolute blast to work with!!! One positive thing about shooting in the colder temps is that it makes it easier for couples to want to snuggle up and get cozy with each other (compared to when it’s 90º and you’re sweating!) and I love the romance this adds to fall and winter sessions!
Another thing I loved about Zach and Brittiany’s session was that they brought their two pups! These guys are about as cute as they come and I’m especially in love with Chance’s pointy little ears (the white dog!). Brittiany had custom signs made for the dogs to wear around their necks and honestly, I cannot believe how perfect of a shot we got with all four of them together!! It’s a miracle ; )
The thing that stuck out most to me about Zach and Brittiany was how much they lived in the moment. They are two people just so full of life and you can tell, after just minutes of hanging out with them, that they take each experience of life by the reigns and really live it fully. They have adventurous, fun-loving spirits and it really is contagious!!! We absolutely cannot wait for their wedding next September : ) Until then, enjoy some of our favorites from their session!
I mean … !!!!!
LOVE <3
