I hope you are ready for two of the biggest, brightest smiles you have ever seen! What a JOY it was to spend time with and photograph Kyle & Anders for their engagement session last week. I had so much fun with these two, feeling like old friends after only a few hours together! They sure are my kind of people : )
Kyle & Anders met while attending law school at Marquette University, and have called Milwaukee home ever since. They both love their city, so it only made sense to do engagement photos in some of the best and most picturesque spots Milwaukee has to offer! We began our time at Lake Park, where we strolled the bridges, stopped at the lighthouse, and ended on the iconic staircase behind Lake Park Bistro. For the second part of their session, we wandered Lakeshore State Park along Lake Michigan, famous for its 360ΒΊ views with beautiful grasses, flowers, water, and the Milwaukee skyline! We couldn’t stop talking about what a truly *perfect* summer night it was for their session, and I left feeling SO FILLED UP!
Needless to say, we can’t wait to celebrate with Kyle & Anders for their wedding next summer at The Madison Club here in downtown Madison. I am so happy these two found each other, and that they chose us to help preserve the memories they are making, and will make, in this very special season of life. It is never lost on me how truly lucky we are to get to do this work.
