I walked into the room where the girls were getting ready + Devyn was twirling around, jumping, + dancing–she didn’t even see me come in. This was a girl who was EXCITED about her wedding day : ) Being a part of Adam + Devyn’s day was an absolute dream. From their emotional, heartfelt ceremony to the Frank Sinatra music playing at their reception, I was just smitten by their whole day.The photos in this post will only help to show the thought, creativity, + CARE invested by the bride into her most very special day. Everything, I mean everything, had a reason or purpose as to why it was included in their celebration. As is expected in my (sometimes overly emotional) world, I’m pretty sure I was brought to tears at least 5 different times throughout their day. Everything was just so beautiful + intentional!!! What a day to proclaim their love + passion for Jesus + to celebrate all that He has done in their lives + relationship!!
I’m not going to write much more here because I would like to take the time to share with you all the details + purpose of their day below, as we look through the images : ) A+D, thanks for sharing such a huge, amazing moment (+ day) in your lives with us!! May these images forever remind you of the love you felt on this day–for each other, by family + friends, + by your Jesus : ) So much love!! -M
Love this sneaky shot Caleb got of the Maid of Honor practicing her speech for the evening : )
Devyn wood-burned these boxes for all of her bridesmaids (we even got one, too!!)
Devyn added the beaded flower piece to the shoes herself : )

Oh, Devyn!!!! I could not believe how beautiful you looked!!
And get ready for the sweetest daddy-daughter look of all time. He’s already crying here + I’m pretty sure I was, too.
He had to step away for a moment to re-gather himself. The sweetness here cannot be described in words!!
The bride + bridesmaids made all their own bouquets from flowers from Devyn + one of the bridesmaid’s gardens!!
This beautiful brooch belonged to Devyn’s grandmother : )
“That’s your bride!!!” : )
There might have been a little trouble trying to get Adam’s ring on … 😛

We usually do family photos right after the ceremony–I had to sneak in this shot that Caleb got of grandma getting her own version of the family photos ; )
