Gosh, it’s been SO weird not blogging ALL week! My time in Georgia was SO good + restful (yet exhausting at the same time – isn’t it funny how that works!?!), but it’s also great to be back at it, sharing all of our beautiful clients with you! We have a LOT of sessions coming your way for the rest of this month!!
Today on the blog, you get to meet a couple that has just stolen our hearts : ) The first thing I noticed about them after beginning our session was just how undeniably perfect they fit together. In a weird way that I hope makes sense, they just seemed like they had been together for 50+ years!! Natural + comfortable + genuine. An “old-soul” relationship rooted in family, hard work, + cowboy boots : ) hehe! I’m obviously having trouble putting their love into words + I think that’s a really beautiful thing. I’m SO glad we got (+ get) to experience it! : )
We met Clint + Rachel on Rachel’s family property where these two live + plan to soon begin breaking ground for their own home that they will build on the 600+ acres shared by Rachel’s parents, grandparents, + extended family. The place where these two will one day take over the family business + raise their children playing in the river + jumping rocks, just like Rachel did when she was growing up. A couple with such strong ties to their family + SO PROUD of the legacy that has already been made + that they get to continue to be a part of : )
This entire session was shot on this property – all in places that are so special to Clint + Rachel. Trails that will one day be replaced by the foundation of a home, the old trestle bridge where playful dates occur under the stars, + that very river where not only Rachel, but her father too, grew up making memories as a child. It’s like something out of a country song : ) And I love it! Enjoy some of our favorites from Clint + Rachel’s session!!
