Another GORGEOUS couple + location on the blog today!! This season of shooting has been such a blessing for us!! Session after session proves to be such a JOY + we keep lucking out with amazing weather (knocking on wood as I type)!! Plus, it’s so fun to get to introduce you to our 2017 couples!!! Today’s session with Jim + Kasia is no exception — I’m convinced we shot at one of the most gorgeous locations in the Chicago area (Cantigny Park, you are amazing!) + this adorable couple is SO natural in front of the camera … it really doesn’t get any better (or easier!) for us as photographers!! : )

After lots of coordinating due to crazy pharmaceutical work schedules for these two (I mean, CRAZY!!!), we finally found a night where both were free + we were also free! A miracle, I tell you, but fate has it’s way of bringing everything together ; ) To top it all off, the sun was glowing just perfectly + the weather was cool with a breeze —which was everything Jim could hope for since he does not do well in hot weather!! He kept commenting how perfect the night was for the session + of course, that made us SO happy since we can never “control” the weather!!

These two are such a perfect match — watching them interact, goof around, snuggle close — it was so lovely : ) There is a big debate about how these two ACTUALLY first started dating (+ I’m definitely not going to choose sides on this! … okay, I would side with Kasia’s story if I had to ; )!!), but it was sometime during pharmacy school + studying together was involved ; ) They also bonded over a mutual hatred for Lebron James + basketball!! Whatever brought them together, I’m so glad it happened because the way the two of them light up when they just LOOK at each other is absolutely undeniable : )

Kasia is from Poland originally, so aside from trying to learn some Polish words at the session (I am TERRIBLE at the accent + convinced I would never be able to speak it!!), we are SO excited for their big Polish next spring in Chicago! We hear it’s going to be one heck of a party!! I can’t wait : ) Jim totally impressed me with his ability to pick up the language + I’m sure it will only get better during their upcoming trip to Poland this summer! (Still trying to figure out how we can tag along on this … )! ; ) Anyway, these two are SO fun + I can’t wait to share some of my favorites from their session with you today!! ENJOY!
