Larkin Hooker-Moericke | Senior | A Bright + Happy Senior Session at Mirror Lake + Pine River Ranch in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

Last week I had the opportunity to photograph Larkin for her senior photos … and it. was. a. BLAST!! I spent the evening with not only Larkin, but also her mom + her sister, and we laughed + laughed + laughed together! It really felt like a fun little “girls” night together — taking photos, exploring some of the rural parts of Waupaca County, + getting to know one another better! These three have SO many (hilarious) stories + I could have just hung out with them (+ LAUGHED!) all night long. I learned that Larkin + her sister are very different from one another, but such a good friends, + that leads to this hilariously comical banter between the two of them that never ends! I felt right at home with these three chatty ladies + we had a really, really good evening : )

Larkin is going to be a senior at Waupaca High School where she is very involved in the extracurriculars the school has to offer — Curling, Students Against Destructive Decisions, Student Council, Band, National Honor Society, 4H, FFA, soccer, AND she is on the Parks + Recreation Board for the city! This girl has a desire to make a big + positive impact on her school + it seems she is doing just that! When she’s not in school, you can find Larkin out at Pine River Ranch riding her horses, or spending time with friends + family who mean so much to her! She is a passionate, driven young woman + feels most alive when she is around people who are the same + push her to be the best version of herself! Next year, she plans to attend college somewhere in Wisconsin + pursue a degree in either Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. You go girl!
