It was such a beautiful evening for an engagement session — we pulled up to the Green Bay Botanical Gardens (a location that I have been wanting to shoot at for SO long!!) and we couldn’t believe how amazing the weather was! We were going to have the perfect sunset, it wasn’t too hot, and we were in one of the most beautiful places in Green Bay (we all know Lambeau Field is THE greatest place in in Green Bay, but it might not be the most beautiful ; ))!! As we walked around the garden scoping for the session, I just couldn’t wait for David and Kirsten to arrive!

When we first met these two, we quickly fell in love with them. They are SO high energy (okay, maybe that’s just Kirsten ; )) but I totally connected with her on that level and we chatted over Skype about how they met, their story, and their upcoming day! We learned that they are both VERY accomplished individuals and at the same time easy to hang out with, goofy, and have the most hilarious banter back-and-forth : ) They make a GREAT team and as we all know, teamwork is so foundational to a successful marriage!

After two years together (including lots of dinner dates, Packer Games, and a beautiful proposal in Mackinac Island!) these two are tying the knot exactly one year from the day we shot their engagement photos : ) We absolutely cannot wait for what is sure to be an extraordinary day and to celebrate these two alongside their friends and family!
