She is from Wisconsin and he is from Washington. Both love sports, adventure, being active, and traveling. Soul mates living across the country from one another only to meet at just the right time, as fate always has it! : )

Gabrielle went to grad school in Washington and while Justin works overseas for a majority of the time, he happened to be home on the same night that Gabrielle was hanging out with some of his friends who she met through school. He noticed that there was a “new girl” in the group and asked who she was : ) Not only was she cute but they shared an entire conversation about sports and you could say that Justin was “hooked.”

The two fell fast for each other and began their relationship of travel and adventure!! I am just so amazed by all the places they have been together and the things they have done! Justin told us that he for SURE knew Gabrielle was the one when she came to visit him while he was working in Greece and he mentioned that he was going to go sky-diving the next day. “You can come if you want …” he said in passing to her. “Sure!” was all she said and that was it. He knew a lifetime of fun and adventure was ahead with someone who had so quickly become his best friend : ) Justin and Gabrielle are actually eloping in just a couple of weeks with a reception to follow next month back home in Madison where they live. It’s just perfect for who they are as a couple!

We had SO much fun getting to know these two during their session earlier this week … I don’t know how anyone could hang out with them and not have fun!! They are so easy to talk to, lead just crazy, cool, intriguing lives (!!) and are just really down-to-earth. The weather was amazing, we hung out at some of our favorite spots in the city, and told stories that had us laughing the entire time : ) It was hard to choose favorites but here you go! J&G — THANK YOU for letting us capture your relationship during this sweet season and cannot WAIT for you to be husband and wife in just a few short weeks!!!!
