I have been looking forward to Zack & Kelsey’s celebration for SO long! There is so much to love about these two. “To know them is to love them” simply couldn’t ring more true when I think about this couple. They are FUN, unafraid to express their feelings towards the loved ones in their lives, generous, easygoing, and wholly authentic.

As I suspected it would be, Zack & Kelsey’s day was entirely relaxed and stress-free. All they truly cared about was celebrating their marriage, leaving the rest of the details to everyone else on their team. It was beautiful to watch them bask in the JOY that filled their day and really cherish each moment as they experienced it. I’m pretty sure Kelsey never once stopped smiling the entire day : )

The grand finale of the their celebration, dinner and dancing at The Overture Center downtown, was most certainly a night to remember. The design and styling of the space was perfectly executed by Midwestern Bride and 1209 Creative. The speeches made us all laugh and cry. The couple surprised Kelsey’s parents, who have been married for 30 years this year, with the first dance of the night as their wedding song. Guests ate, drank, and partied the night away with a couple who deserves nothing more than to experience the love they so freely give to others.
