What an amazing night we had for Hayden & Nicole’s engagement session last week! I kept thinking what an iconic Madison summer night we were sharing as we snapped their photos around some of my FAVORITE places in the city! It was warm and sunny, with just enough of a breeze to keep us in the highest spirits : ) I am so excited to share their session with you!
We met at Period Garden Park in downtown Madison, where I got to meet the very special Nova — Hayden & Nicole’s beloved pup! She is about as cute as they come and just might be the most loved dog in the entire city! Our next stop was Olin Park where we walked the beautiful trails, basked in the evening’s sunset, and celebrated with champagne on the lake to end the night! It really was magical : )
At their session, I got to experience the kindness, respect, and JOY that Hayden & Nicole share with one another. They are both extremely successful in their individual careers and are one another’s biggest cheerleaders. Whenever I would tell them to look at one another, they would each break out into the biggest smiles and then Nicole would start giggling : ) It’s these little things that I am so lucky to get a “front row” seat to behind my camera. These interactions bring me so much joy and I feel so grateful that I get to document love stories like Hayden & Nicole’s!
