Aaron & Cari | A Black Tie Wedding at The LedgeCrest Reserve in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

I love when we get the opportunity to photograph multiple weddings for one family. There is this really special trust and familiarity already formed, and it makes the day feel just a little extra fun and exciting : ) Last year we photographed Cari’s brother’s wedding, which is where we officially met Aaron & Cari for the first time! I cannot believe how fast time flies and that now, their day has already come and gone! What an amazing day it was : )

Both Aaron and Cari come from such loving, supportive families and this aspect of their story and their celebration is what sticks out the most to me. They love their people and their people LOVE them. The closeness shared between their siblings and parents is one that I think most people desire but don’t always have. I am thankful we have gotten to experience it, even in this one small way.

Cari, along with her incredible team, planned a gorgeous day that I can’t wait for you to see! The ceremony took place at Old St. Joseph Church on St. Norbert campus where both Aaron & Cari went to school. There was definitely some nostalgia happening as we took a few photos at their old stomping grounds : )

To conclude the night, Alliey & Co, along with Ebb & Flow Flowers, designed an absolutely beautiful space at The LedgeCrest Reserve for the reception to follow. One of my favorite moments of the day was when Cari first walked into the venue and immediately started crying tears of joy as she was so overcome with how perfectly it all came together : )
