Edwin & Dibet might just be the most joyful and LOVED couple I have ever met, and I mean that with my whole heart! It feels nearly impossible to describe exactly what we got to experience being a part of their wedding day; the support, energy, happiness, intimacy, gratitude, and closeness that was present brought me to tears multiple times throughout the day. “These two are changing the world,” I kept thinking to myself. They bring indescribable kindness, hope, and LOVE with them wherever they go.

Edwin & Dibet hosted their celebration at St. James 1868 in downtown Milwaukee. It was our first time at this historic venue, and it was just perfect for Edwin & Dibet’s day! I kept telling them that I felt like we were in Europe with the gorgeous architecture that was around every corner. We had stunning weather, and the entire day ran so smoothly. I’m not sure there is anything more Edwin & Dibet could ask for; it was truly a perfect day and event.

Edwin & Dibet chose September 7th as their wedding date because they met 10 years, and started dating nine years prior to that exact date. As I reflect back on their wedding, I find it truly inspiring how deeply in love and smitten they are with one another. Many referred to it as “magic” throughout the day, and I simply couldn’t agree more. Their love is unique, palpable, and transformative. It is rooted in deep respect and gratitude. And I have to say, seeing the families that each of them come from, their “magic” certainly makes a bit more sense : )

To Edwin & Dibet’s friends — your support, kindness, and love is a true example of what community is meant to and CAN look like. To their families — your love for one another is out of this world. Thank you for encouraging and inspiring us as young parents raising our own little humans. And to Edwin & Dibet — it is a privilege to know you, and an honor to help share your love story with others. May you never, ever lose your magic. XOXO <3
